WORKING PROCESS:

  • While sending inventory to 3PL Rapid Prep Center Warehouse, mention your Client Login ID and warehouse address accurately.
  • Our 3PL team will receive your inventory and make it live on Online Inventory Report along with quantity, expiry date, and dimensions.
  • You will give requirements of packing, as well as, shipping label.
  • We will send you the invoice and deduct payment from your credit/debit card attached to our payment method.
  • We will pack and label your order as per your requirement, and get it ready for drop-off / Shipping.
  • Verify Stock from the “Online Inventory Report” regularly and contact us in case of any quantity issue within 48 hours.
  • Before preparing any shipment, you must confirm its availability in your inventory mentioned in the “Online Inventory Report”.
  • For getting the box weight and dimensions to generate the FNSKUs, Box, and Shipping labels from Seller Central, share inventory details using “Label Guides”.
  • When your shipment is ready for Prep, you’ll receive 3PL Rapid Prep Center Alert on WhatsApp. You must verify it and let us know in case of any questions.
  • Once your shipment is ready to dispatch, you’ll receive 3PL Rapid Prep Center Post-Prep Alert on WhatsApp. You must Verify and let us know in case of any questions.
  • Keep an eye on Notifications, Alerts, and Updates shared by 3PL Rapid Prep Center via WhatsApp and stay updated.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Make sure provision of error-free information to us (like shipping labels). Only shipping labels with correct information will be claimable.
  • Unmarked Shipments received with wrong or no Client Login on labels will be discarded after 7 days if no one coordinates for claiming their ownership. The quantity difference in Unmarked Shipments will not be claimable.
  • Any removals from Amazon and return from customers that do not have a CIC on them will be discarded after 2 days if no one coordinates for claiming their ownership. All damaged items will also be discarded after 1 day if you do not advise us on what to do with them.
  • Clients have to provide FNSKU and shipping labels within a reasonable time frame to avoid storage fees. Storage fees will be applicable after 7 days of shipment received.
  • Items in our warehouse for more than 1 month without payment of storage fees, will be disposed of by our team. We will officially notify you via WhatsApp, 3 days before disposal. Disposal charges will be applicable.
  • Inform us before placing an order in bulk (more than 300 units) at least 24 hours in advance. Without prior coordination, we have the right to refuse the shipment. Shipments received beyond duty hours (9 am to 5 pm – Mon to Fri) or on public holidays will also be refused.
  • If you are registered for fulfilling 100 orders per day, your range can vary between 50 to 150. The variation of more than 50% is not acceptable.
  • Oversize/overweight / glass and/or bulk shipments may take between 3-7 business days for receiving and prep.
  • Provide shipping labels 2 days prior in case of FBM to avoid late shipment. We will take a handling time of 24 to 48 hours for prep.
  • Ship to Customer via paid Shipping labels (FBM) provided before the shipment date to avoid late shipment
  • We don’t provide any guarantee about the safety of any inventory before receiving and after shipping (after handing it over to the carrier). You must track your inventory after dispatch notification. In case of not moving, you can contact us within 1 day for a follow-up.
  • We reserve the right to notify removal of specific products by giving 7 days prior notice to the client. The client will be responsible for removing that inventory within the notice period, otherwise, products will be discarded.
  • The client is responsible for making advance payments for 3PL services. In case of no payments, services will be readily ceased and inventory will be discarded after 1-month.
  • By executing this Agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to receive communications, alerts, and notifications only on his registered Whatsapp number.

DISCLAIMER:

  • The company doesn’t allow any illegality. So, make sure legal purchasing from a valid source. We have the right to check the purchase invoice with the last ending 4 digits of the registered bank card used. In case of illegal buying of products, we will cease the whole inventory of the client, terminate this agreement and generate strict legal action.
  • The company shall have the right to move the Customer’s inventory from one warehouse to any other warehouse in the USA, after providing the advance written notice 1 month to the client.
  • In case of any natural disaster like earthquake, flood, pandemic situation, severe weather conditions, and any other, the 100% loss in products (if any occur) will be on the client’s end.
  • In case of any damage in the warehouse due to blasts or any other reason related to human error, then 50% loss in products will be bear by 3PL Rapid Prep Center and 50% will be on the client’s end.
  • Company right to update terms & conditions of this agreement as per time-to-time requirements with 3 days prior notice.

EXIT CLAUSE:

The company, as well as the Client, can terminate this agreement with 3 months’ prior notice.
